. a logo design for a small design studio that began out of passion for crafting from upcycled found materials. in it’s first iteration it was handmade leather wallets. and now that they’ve moved to halifax, they use upcycled storm windows to create gorgeous and simple geometric terrariums. hand made, water-tight glass terrariums.

every touring musician needs an electronic press kit. I created this document using the graphic assets that firewoodpoetry has collected over the previous year of touring and synthesizing it into a cohesive package that shows off her persona & artistic endeaavours.
the chef at a local vegetarian restaurant asked me to take a look at the menu design. for the calibre of restaurant that this was the menu design was too bland, too ordinary, too hard to read. after spending 20 minute in the space and taking in the decor and the vibe of the place, i took inspiration right off the walls. the decorations that really gave the place a sense of identity were staring right at me. the result is something that is elegant, easy to navigate and really belongs to Heirloom.
my friend anthony has started a really cool blog that will be an on-going craft-beer review. he reached out to me to nail down a logo for the website. here is the final product. make sure to go over to the first pint and read up on some brews!
I was approached by vancouver velocity cars to design a logo for them as they were just starting to build their business here in Vancouver. Through a few iterations of drafts and discussions we finally locked down what the client wanted in the logotype that will spearhead the new brand. The logo was to show speed and movement, instill trust, while being modern and bold. Hence the end product. To wrap up, and leave a guide of how the logotype is to be used, I left the client with a brief graphic guideline.
i got a chance to refresh some graphics at the opus salon, as they wanted an updated logo without straying too far from what they already had. i created a number of promotional material along with a logo update and a business card design that created a professional style that was aligned with their new branding.
